No. You can use Bill Pay as a guest without creating an account. An optional passwordless account lets you track payment progress in one place and will support advanced features such as recurring bills and future bill management as they become available. Sign in or create an account using a secure email link.
To utilize our service, simply upload a PDF copy of the invoice or bill you wish to pay, fill out the required details, and then, using either an external Web3 wallet or the PIN Network App, send the funds to a designated wallet address (unique to your Bill Pay transaction). Using our blockchain-based digital payment platform, we convert your crypto assets to fiat currency and directly settle the payment with the business or company you are paying.
Available assets can change. The payment wizard shows the assets currently available for your selected payment method.
For users of external Web3 wallets (such as Trust Wallet or Metamask), network, gas, and exchange fees are applicable. Refer to our fees page for further information.
The payment screen shows the latest status available to Bill Pay. Processing time varies by business, and it may take additional time for the payment to appear on your account.

Pay It Now functions solely as a payment processor/facilitator. As your crypto assets are essentially being sent to an external wallet address, this may or may not constitute a taxable event. We recommend consulting with your accountant or tax advisor for clarity on any tax obligations.
You can request to add a business by uploading the invoice for review (please note that a refund fee may apply if your chosen business cannot be approved). Alternatively, submit a support ticket at https://support.payitnow.io to inquire about the approval process.
